4th June (approx) : Catalogue Available
7th July (5pm) : Bidding Closes
8th July (5pm) : Live Bidding for lots estimated at £1,000 GBP+ via Easy Live Auction. To participate, please register at Easy Live Auction by 2pm on 8th July. Please note, we will try to approve registration requests placed after this time but we cannot guarantee this.
10th July (2pm onwards) : Results/Invoices will be issued to all bidders, regardless of success.
10th July (6pm) : Unsold Lots will be available to purchase. Please note, although you can request and pay for unsold lots straight away, please be aware that we are unlikely to commence shipping Late Sales orders until Monday 20th July at the earliest. Our procedures are such that auction bidders who provide payment details before the closing date are processed first in bidder number order; we then start shipping goods for those auction bidders who send payment in response to their invoice. Late Sales orders are processed and shipped after completion of the above. We regret we cannot make exceptions in order to expedite shipping Late Sales orders as we believe this would be unfair to auction bidders.
13th July : Shipping Commences. As noted above, bidders who provided payment details before the closing date are processed first.
3rd August (10am) : Late Sales Closes. Any remaining unsold lots will be reoffered with a reduced estimate in auction UPA103 in October 2026.
Wednesday, 8th July 2026 @ 5pm: Live Bidding for lots estimated at £1,000 GBP+ only

NB: IMPORTANT Please note the LIVE BIDDING SERVICE IS COMMISSION FREE provided you pay the FLAT FEE of £3 when registering to bid with UPA. We regret that we cannot subsidise this service. We STRONGLY urge colleagues (collectors and dealers) to pay the minimal £3 flat fee at registration.
We may ask you to provide philatelic references before we can approve you for live bidding – we will contact you by email if we need this information.
